We will absolutely do our best to make things right, whether it’s a missing order, refund, or an exchange for a different size.

Please start by emailing us at monty@plikplok.com (include a picture if your product is broken/defective) and a detailed description of the issue you’d like us to rectify. Please include your order number and tracking number to expedite the process.

Please note:

  • In general, we only review replacement or return requests within 14 days of product delivery. If the products is broken or defective, please provide pictures.

  • We do not have free return shipping labels.

  • Unfortunately we can not accept returns of used/worn items.
