We will absolutely do our best to make things right, whether it’s a missing order, refund, or an exchange for a different size.
Please start by emailing us at monty@plikplok.com (include a picture if your product is broken/defective) and a detailed description of the issue you’d like us to rectify. Please include your order number and tracking number to expedite the process.

In general, we only review replacement or return requests within 14 days of product delivery. If the products is broken or defective, please provide pictures.
We do not have free return shipping labels.
Unfortunately we can not accept returns of used/worn items.
